City of Alpena Parking Lot Closed
The City of Alpena will begin reconstruction of the small parking lot behind City Hall. The parking lot will be closed to all traffic during this project. The reconstruction work is expected to take two weeks to complete. The work could be delayed if construction or weather issues occur.
