Attorney speaks out about Lincoln Manor lawsuit

ALPENA, Mich. — Today we spoke with Los Angeles Attorney, Brian Virag, who explains the damages they are seeking in the claim filed against Lincoln Manor owner and management company.

Virag said as a result of complaining about the bed bug issues, some of the tenants’ leases are not being renewed and others are being evicted.  He went on to say that management does not have the right to evict tenants because they have a complaint and added that this is retaliatory.
