An Alpena man faces charges for abuse with a minor
ALPENA, Mich. — An Alpena man is facing charges following a police investigation of a report of inappropriate conduct with a minor.
45–year–old Marty Lee Zinke of Alpena was arrested on July 27 and charged with one count aggravated indecent exposure and one count gross
indecency between male and female.
The arrest came after a minor disclosed the abuse to a neighbor who then informed the victim’s mother.
Zinke’s bond was set at 10 percent of $250,000 and he was arraigned today in the 88th district court of Alpena county.
