Alpena Street Performers take on Downtown Alpena
The Fourth of July weekend is here and so are the holiday festivities in Alpena.
Concert Attendee Ally Rowling said, “I’m having fun, I like listening to all the bands with my family and I’m looking forward to going out to dinner and seeing the rest.”
The Alpena street performers performed live today from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Residents were out and about socializing and having a great time.
Concert Attendee Lauren Rowling said, “we came out today to kind of watch all the performers downtown it’s a great way to spend a couple of hours before you go to dinner.”
The Band Brenda and Steve are from Alpena and married. They performed and had a crowd watching and donating tips.
The music performance was free and open to the public. If you did not get a chance to attend this event don’t worry the Alpena Street Performers will continue each Friday afternoon in the summertime.
