ALPENA, Mich. — Alpena Schools’ new superintendent David Rabbideau sits down with reporter Kevin Hodge to discuss the experience he brings, how he plans to tackle education during the pandemic, and what kind of superintendent he plans to be. On Wednesday, David Rabbideau took over for Susan Wooden who was serving as interim superintendent.
