Alpena Police Department and PNC Bank Host Annual Glowstick Giveaway for Halloween
The Alpena Police and PNC Bank want to remind everyone that they will be handing out Glowsticks this Halloween.
The 13th Annual Glowstick giveaway will be held at the Alpena Public Safety Facility on Chisholm Street.
Glowsticks can also be picked up at the main PNC Bank branch on North 2nd avenue, and any other branch during normal business hours on Monday, October 31st.
The city of Alpena Halloween trick or treat hours will be held from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm.
The Alpena police department wants everyone to stay safe this Halloween and follow the Halloween safety rules…which includes wearing bright reflective pieces on your costume, watching for traffic, and visiting homes that you know, traveling in groups, and examining your child’s candy.
The Alpena Police Department also recommends trick or treaters carry a flashlight.
