ACC Lumberjacks Fall to Bay College 86-50
ALPENA, MI – Hosting Bay College at Park Arena on Wednesday night, the Norse took the 86-50 win over the ACC Lumberjacks.
The Lumberjacks didn’t let up all night against Bay College. ACC trailed 45-27 at the end of the first half. Sophomore guard, James Williams, had a strong night for ACC scoring 15 points and three assists. Sophomore guard/foward, Nick Freel, had three steals and four rebounds.
Freshman guard/forward, Davarion Mitchell, stayed aggressive in the mix as ACC kept up the fight against Bay. Mitchell clocked in 16 points and six defensive rebounds. The Lumberjacks couldn’t make a comeback falling to Bay College with a final score of 86-50.
The Lumberjacks return to Park Arena on January 28 at 3 p.m. to host Mid-Michigan.
