Webinar to discuss COVID-19 vaccination mandate

ALPENA, Mich. — Clark Hill will be hosting a webinar on behalf of the Michigan Chamber of Commerce to discuss the COVID–19 vaccine and the legal and practical implications for the workplace.

the webinar will cover whether it’s legal to mandate the vaccination and what employers need to do to prepare for it.

Clark Hill Employment Partner Anne–Marie Welch said there are really tricky issues related to the medical screening associated with taking the vaccine.  Welch said the webinar is designed to help employers better understand some of the employees concerns.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, January 7, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.

For Michigan chamber members the webinar is free and $49 for non members.
