Volunteers make generous donation to patient tower project
ALPENA, Mich. -While construction continues at Alpena’s MidMichigan hospital, a group recently made a special donation.
115 hospital volunteers pulled together $100,00 toward the new tower project.
The money represents a $250,000 pledge from volunteers to fund the family waiting room in the new building.
The new three–story, 99,000 square foot patient facility is projected to open in the spring of next year.
