Two men arrested after selling Methamphetamine to detectives in Bagley Township

OTSEGO, MI. – Devonte Campbell and Trevon warren sold an ounce of methamphetamine in Bagley township. What they didn’t know is that the purchase was to two detectives, and would eventually lead to their arrest here in the Otsego county jail.

Lt. Ken Mills said they suspected Trevon Warren would not show up alone. “Mr. Warren was our suspect. We were not 100% sure but that is what we thought. He did not have a drivers license so expected that he would be coming with somebody else.”

On the evening of June 6, detectives from the Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement purchased an ounce of Methamphetamine in Bagley township. The suspects who sold the drugs were stopped shortly after, going southbound on I–75 in Crawford county.

“We met him alongside the road. Once they get down the road we decide to stop them once they are a safe distance away from our undercover officer and informant.” said Mills.

The two men were arrested and lodged at the Otsego County Jail. To report the manufacturing sale or use of methamphetamine by calling S.A.N.E (
