Township calls special meeting discussing fire services agreement

ALPENA, Mich. —  The Alpena Township Board of Trustees is hosting a special meeting on Tuesday, November 10, to discuss the community’s concerns surrounding the Alpena Township Fire Department’s fire services agreement.

Alpena Township Supervisor, Nathan Skibbe, said he plans to have a fact–based conversation at Tuesday’s meeting.

Both the township board of trustees and the Alpena City Council will be in attendance at the meeting which will be held at the APlex at 7:00 p.m.  The meeting will also be held virtually and to join from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, you can visit https:www.gotomeet.me/AlpenaClosedSession/joint-city-of-alpena-alpena-township-fire-services.
