ROGERS CITY, Mich. — Ever since the Alcona Tigers girls basketball team lost to Oscoda (Feb. 15), they’ve been finding ways to win ball games. They did exactly that on Wednesday as they cruised past Rogers City, winning 33-22. For the second year in a row, they’ve swept the Hurons, winning two games from each season.
Both teams return to action this Friday. Alcona (7-1) will collide with Oscoda (10-0), while Rogers City (4-5) squares off with Mio (3-7).
