ALPENA, Mich.— A fake prescription and high speed chase through Alpena lands three men behind bars. Deputies answered a call and went to Lefave Pharmacy Monday evening.
Authorities say, Christian Johnson, Joseph Marshall and Mickale Williams turned in a fake prescription for medication at Lefave Pharmacy. When deputies arrived, two of the three men left in a silver Cadillac heading down Chisholm Street.
The two men drove through lights and against the flow of traffic, then crashed at Ninth and Chisholm. The high speed chase finally came to an end after the car hit several trees.
Both men left the car and started running on foot. Officers caught the two and later found the third man near Wendy’s.
Police arrested the men, and prosecutors filed charges against them, ranging from flee and elude, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and prescription theft.
