The babies were out
ALPENA, Mich. – Spring has sprung and while we’re still sheltering in place, some decided to get out and enjoy themselves today.
Despite the closed sign at the fairgrounds, this family of geese and their goslings wanted some alone time.
They did so by grazing in the grass and enjoying dips in the water.
According to the Humane Society of the United States, geese were almost driven to the brink of extinction but were brought back by people who released Canada geese throughout the united states.
In addition to the family, other geese were hanging out and yes they were implementing the six-foot social distancing rule.
