Sunshine prevails on Tuesday

After a snowy weekend, the sun made a welcoming return to start the workweek. Clouds however have been slowly increasing through the afternoon as a clipper system could brush the Sunrise Side with light snow later tonight. Tuesday’s forecast plans to be even better than Monday as the clouds will be few and far between. Tonight’s reading will be milder than last night due to the increased cloudiness with lows in the positive single digits and warming into the upper 10s by Tuesday afternoon.

The rest of the workweek and even next weekend will be very similar day to day as the Sunrise Side deals with nearby quick moving systems bringing slight chances of snow with partly sunny skies. Temperatures throughout this period will start from about 10° below average during the workweek to near February standards by the end of the weekend.
