A surge of southerly winds finally brought a warming trend on a quiet but cloudy Tuesday. The good news for tonight is that the clouds will begin to thin and temperatures shall remain well above zero. The sunshine plans to be in full swing on Valentine’s Day as temperatures surge into the lower 40s.
The warmer wave ends on Thursday as a cold front arrives, bringing a quick dose of a chill through Saturday morning. The weather from the end of the workweek into the weekend will be fairly similar with spotty chances of snow and partly sunny skies. Temperatures on the other hand will change day to day with highs near 40° on Thursday to lower 20s Friday but warming up into the 30s by Sunday.
