Storch has raised the bar for Alpena sports

ALPENA, Mich. — After six years of being the Athletic Director at Alpena High School, Tim Storch is now turning the page. During a Board of Education meeting that took place back in April, Storch announced that he was retiring. Since 2014, Storch made some huge changes with the Athletic Department.

Even though Storch is no longer the Athletic Director, he still plans on coaching boys and girls soccer for the Wildcats.

“I still love coaching,” said Storch. “I love being involved with the kids. I figured that is something I still want to do without the day to day grind that you have to do as an Athletic Director.”
