Pets of the Week: 4-4-21

ALPENA, Mich. — Today’s pets of the week are Nelson, Blue Jay, Willet, and Lorikeet.

Meet Melson. He’s a seven–year old mix who’s very vocal around new people. However, once he’s had a few minutes to know you, he settles right down. Nelson’s been through a lot and needs to be the only animal in the home. He also does best in families without young kids. All in all, he’d be a great dog for older, more relaxed households.

Next, let’s meet some kittens. They’re all from the same litter and almost ready for adoption.

First up is Blue Jay. He’s a real curious fella who loves to wrassle and chase his siblings around. He seems to enjoy playing with his sister Willet the most.

Speaking of Willet, she’s more camera shy than her siblings. She loves her cat house and pouncing on her prey from the dark.

Finally, we have Lorikeet. She loves tussling and wrassling as much as her siblings, but she’s a bit more on the clumsy side.

All three are adorable and as silly as can be.
