Pets of the week: 11-10-20
ALPENA, Mich. Today’s pets of the week are Admiral, Strawberry and Shortcake, and Idris Elba.
Meet Admiral. He’s a six–month–old black lab/pitbull mix. Admiral’s a very hyper puppy who loves to play fetch. He loves kids and gets along well with other dogs. But more than anything else, he loves lying down after playtime.
Next, let’s meet two sisters: Strawberry and Shortcake. These two cinnamon–colored calicos couldn’t be more different, yet they stick together through thick and thin. Strawberry’s the one with a silly streak and a black splotch on her nose. She loved being in the spotlight today, showing off her love of cuddling.
Shortcake is more cautious and straight-laced. She thinks she’s above whatever mischief strawberry gets up to. The two of them are closely bonded, and want to go to the same home.
Finally, let’s say hello to Idris Elba. Idris is ten years old and he’s a big sweetie. He also has a thyroid issue and needs special food to stay healthy. Idris is looking for a new home to call his own.
