Pets of the Week: 1-5-21
ALPENA, Mich.– Today’s pets of the week are sure to keep you warm. We have Beanie, Parka, Eddie, and Bauer.
Meet Beanie and Parka. These two brothers needed a moment to stretch their legs. As soon as they were feeling limber, it was off to the races!
These two love chasing and pouncing on each other. They kind of remind me of Tigger: “their tops are made out of rubber, their bottoms are made out of springs.”
Of the two, parka seems to be more daring, considering how he barreled at the camera. Careful, buddy! That’s expensive!
Next up, we have Eddie. This seven–year–old guy is big on cuddles; he’s also big in general. He weighs a whopping 12.8 pounds! If you reach out your hand, he comes right to you to get some skritches behind the ear. Eddie’s looking for a home that will give him plenty of love.
Lastly, let’s say hello to Bauer. She’s a shy girl who’s still getting used to the shelter. She tends to look for hiding spots in new environments. However, she’s a massive sweetiepie when she becomes comfortable with you. Bauer is a cat who needs plenty of love and patience.
