Oscoda man arrested for OUI, methamphetamine
OSCODA, Mich. — An Oscoda man was arrested in Roscommon for Operating Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (OUI) and Possession of Methamphetamine.
Alexander Logan Barnes, 25, was pulled over after failing to yield for an emergency vehicle. Barnes showed signs of intoxication and was arrested after performing sobriety tests. The trooper located a glass pipe with white residue on the driver’s floorboard. A loaded syringe was also seized. Barnes was lodged in the Roscommon County Jail.
Barnes was arraigned in the 82nd District Court in Roscommon on March 17, 2021 for one count Operating Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Methamphetamine. His bond was set at $25,000 10% cash surety.
