Oak City Contracting Clears Up Accusations

Back in November a representative from DLZ Architecture told the TBTA board there were multiple tasks that Oak City left unfinished and because of that TBTA would soon be kicked out of the building that they just moved into in September.

Representatives from Oak City met with the TBTA building committee and concluded that any remaining work was in fact being delayed by DLZ and that there was no risk of being thrown out by the local building department.

One of the main issues TBTA was having was their heating and cooling system– which was designed by DLZ. DLZ claimed that it was a workmanship issue when it was actually a design issue on DLZ’S behalf
