Needle Group Beneficial for Hands and Brain Activity

When it comes to activities at the Alpena Senior Citizens Center there are no limits to what you can do. That’s why the center is encouraging seniors to join in with the needle group.

Director of the group, Kitty Glomski said there are major benefits when it comes to working with your hands while participating in the needle group. Glomski revealed that the class is also a way for anyone to learn young or old and to just use each other as resources.
