Nearly one million absentee ballots have been returned ahead of Election Day

ALPENA, Mich. — Michigan voters are urged to return their absentee ballot as soon as possible. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said as of Tuesday, Oct. 13 nearly 2.8 million absentee ballots ballots have been requested and nearly one million absentee ballots have been returned.  Voters have until 8 p.m. on Election Day to complete the ballot and return it to their clerk’s office.  The quickest way to submit an absentee ballot is to return it to your clerk’s office or place it in a drop box in your voting jurisdiction.
