MidMichigan Medical Center Alpena Offering ‘Matter of Balance’ Classes
If you’re having trouble with your balance a new program at MidMichigan Medical Center Alpena may be the place for you. The hospital is offering a free 8–week program called: ‘Matter of Balance’ designed to manage risk of falls and increase activities.
Individuals who are concerned about falling, who have fallen in the past, or have restricted activity due to falls are encouraged to attend. The program will be offered Mondays from 9 am until 11 am starting now until the end of August.
