Michigan’s Eviction Moratorium extended

LANSING, Mich. – If you’re behind on rent during the pandemic and need help, Michigan’s Eviction Moratorium has been extended.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently approved the extension until June 30th.

The moratorium protects tenants from eviction, late, fees and utility shut-offs due to non payment.

Those who qualify or are looking for information should apply for an Eviction Protection Declaration Form which your landlord needs.
