ALCONA, Mich. — The Oscoda boys basketball team picks up another victory on the road. They were able to cruise past Alcona 67-47. Brayden Mallak led the Owls in the scoring department with 20 points. The Owls led 29-21 at halftime and managed to pull away after outscoring Alcona 20-7 in the third quarter.
Dominic Howe led the Tigers in scoring with 14 points and Aidan Wrobel finished with 12.
Oscoda (5-0) is back on there home court Jan. 13, for a meeting with Hale (6-0). Alcona (2-5) will be in Rogers City on Jan. 16. They will battle the Hurons (1-3) in a Big Dipper showdown.
