Healthcare Information Sessions

Healthcare Reform Laws go into effect January 1^st of 2014, but people are being sued urged to get prepared for the changes now. The Alpena Area Chamber of Commerce is holding five informational sessions, each on a different topic, that will help educate and inform business owners of the changes coming to the health care sector. This morning a Grand Rapids based attorney spoke to the 80 plus person audience and addressed the employer’s role in healthcare coverage moving forward.
