JOHANNESBURG, Mich.— On Monday the area received quite a bit of snow but that didn’t stop Joe Smokevitch and the Joburg Cardinals football team from training. They are starting to prep for their regional final game on January 9. So the team decided to take advantage of the snow and have a race. Teams of four were pulling each other through the snow and seeing which team could get to the other end of the field first.
Tonight’s conditioning! Teams of four, two laps around the field in unplowed snow. We did two sets of this. It’s a great day to be a Cardinal! pic.twitter.com/fgCjLr19G3
