Hillman volleyball wins over Hale 3-1
HILLMAN, Mich. — The Hillman Tigers volleyball team hosted the Hale Eagles in Big North Conference play on Thursday.
Hillman took the first set behind highlights from Regina Morrison and Brooke Bennett- Morrison with the spike and Bennett with the ace.
In the second set, the Tigers took care of the Eagles again and took a 2-0 lead. But Hale would fight back. The third set was tied late in the game- and would eventually go to Hale after some bonus volleyball, the final was 30-29.
The fourth set would be all Hillman, though, behind several kills from Morrison and they won the match 3-1.
