Gun and knife show headed to Northern Lights Arena this weekend

The Northern Lights Arena will host a gun and knife show for the first time in over ten years according to Operations Manager David Guzman.

Alpena — Vendors from all over Michigan will travel to the Northern Lights Arena for the 2018 Alpena Gun and Knife Show. Over 150 vendors are scheduled to head up to the sunrise side on Saturday. There will be no shortage of accessories and items for gun and knife lovers to check out.

“There should be a little bit of everything for anyone whose a outdoor enthusiast whether they are looking for a hand gun, or a rifle, or a shotgun for hunting, or hunting knives, or pocket knives, or any type of accessories to go a long with them,” said Northern Lights Arena Operations Manager David Guzman.

This is the first gun and knife show in over ten years. The event kicks off on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 5:00 p.m. If you missed Saturday, head over on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Tickets are $6 for adults. Children 12 and under are free. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A number discounts are being offered for seniors, military members with an active or non-active ID.
