Fugitive could be loose in Northern Michigan
ALPENA, Mich. — The Michigan State Police 7th District Fugitive Team is currently assisting the Alpena County Sheriff’s Office in the search for a fugitive.
33–year–old Steven Mark Casebier is wanted for larceny, fleeing and eluding, and assaulting a police officer. He is 6 feet tall and weighs around 160 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Casebier is believed to be in Northern Michigan and is known to visit the Alpena and Hillman area frequently. A felony warrant being issued for him means that anyone who tries to assist him in avoiding capture will be charged with assisting and harboring a known felony fugitive.
