Increasing clouds tonight unfortunately will lead to a slick Friday morning commute. A quick moving system will bring freezing rain in the morning with a brief transition to rain before exiting in the afternoon. Temperatures on Friday start off in the 20s before topping out in the lower 40s. Friday’s forecast will be quieter as clouds gradually thin with mild overnight temperatures in the mid 20s.
Division will play a role this weekend as the sunshine is supreme on Saturday while another clipper drives up from the south on Sunday. The clipper brings a wintry mix late Saturday night with a changeover to rain by Sunday morning. The workweek is showing great promise to the Sunrise Side as mostly sunny skies will reign for Monday and Tuesday.
