First Day Hikes go digital
MICHIGAN– First Day Hikes are going virtual in 2021!
It’s a great way to kick off a New Year’s resolution and join the National First Day Hikes program at state parks across the country.
Michiganders can hit any non–motorized trail at a state park and choose their route and distance. Participants can hike, cross–country ski, horse and bike ride, or snowshoe their distance! After completion, be sure to log the trip and help Michigan reach their goal of 2021 miles traveled.
