February Ends on a Overcast and Mild Note

Tuesday’s sizzling warmth will be replaced with falling temperatures tonight as a cold front brings a widely scattered chance of rain and some ice. The precipitation will likely be rain as temperatures will stay majority of the night above freezing. The rain departs throughout the morning with mostly cloudy skies taking over in the afternoon. Temperatures for Wednesday will be cooler than Tuesday but will continue to be above average for the last day of February.

The cloudiness sticks around for Wednesday night and Thursday as we sit in between the two systems. The 2nd system brings a better opportunity for a snow as temperatures will spend a decent amount of time below freezing Thursday night. The weekend plans to be a great one as the sunshine will reign supreme with above average temperatures remaining.
