District Health Department #4 would like to remind the community that testing for COVID–19 is available. They recommend people get tested if they or a family member display symptoms of COVID–19, if they regularly work outside of the home, or recently traveled out of town.

Testing is currently offered at the Cheboygan and Alpena branches of the Alcona Health Center, as well as the Atlanta, Rogers City, and Onaway branches of Thunder Bay Community Health Services. Those who want testing are required to call ahead and make an appointment. At–home test kits are also available through the michigan department of health and human services website.
