LANSING, Mich. —  WBKB has learned from the Associated Press that former Michigan Governor Rick Snyder and several other high-ranking state officials have been advised they are being charged after a new investigation of the Flint water crisis.  Dozens of people were sickened and 12 people died of Legionnaires’ disease as a result of the city switching its water supply in 2014 from Detroit to the Flint River.
