LANSING, Mich. — Michigan’s small businesses and nonprofits needing help to recover from the ongoing impact of COVID–19 can now apply for grants of up to twenty thousand dollars through the Michigan Small Business Restart Program.
Funding is being distributed across 15 local or nonprofit economic development organizations covering all 83 counties in the state. Target Alpena and the Otsego County Economic Development Alliance each received $3 million dollars to distribute to small businesses in Northeast Michigan.
The application period will be active through Wednesday, August 5.
