APS sets back-to-school dates
ALPENA, Mich. — School starts for K–12 students in Alpena on August 30.
Sixth graders and new students at the junior high have orientation on August 24.
On August 25, ninth graders and new students have orientation at the high school. The day also hosts several open houses and parent meetings as listed below.
Alpena High School Open House from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Thunder Bay Junior High Open House from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Elementary Open Houses from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Alpena High School Ninth Grade Parent Meeting from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM.
