Alpena Wildcats and ACC join forces for their first volleyball camp ever

ALPENA, Mich. – For the first time ever the Alpena Wildcats and the ACC Lumberjacks hosted the first ever volleyball camp at the Thunder Bay Jr. High School.

Students in grades 6-8 had the opportunity to work with High School and Collegiate Volleyball players in the Alpena area on many areas of the game. This includes passing, game-play strategy, basic offense and defense, and breaking down the fundamentals.

This was convenient for the students but it was a great opportunity for the older students to get back on the court to get some playing time and to lead by example.
