Alpena Weather – June 4, 2018

For a change, temperatures have been cooler than normal, as today’s high temperatures made it only into the upper 60s around Alpena. The cloud cover along with cool temperatures will continue into tomorrow.

For tomorrow, expect mainly cloudy skies and high temperatures only in the lower 60s. A breeze out of the northwest at 10-15 mph will bring the colder temperatures into Northeast Michigan.

After that a warming trend will start, as winds will gradually shift out of the southwest by the time we get to Thursday. Beginning on Wednesday, temperatures will be warming up, and temperatures should reach the 70s on Thursday and Friday.

For Wednesday, expect a little more sunshine with partly cloudy skies and a high of 68 degrees. Thursday will be warm although there is a chance of showers in the early-morning. Temperatures in the 70s will hang around into Friday, then the next chance of showers will move in on Saturday.
