With the turn of the new year, now is the perfect time to get on track with setting and accomplishing goals.
The most common resolution made by Americans is to be consistent in the gym, and some of our community members are already off to a good start.
“What is your New Years resolution?”
“I would say to stay motivated, stay active at the gym…Just keep myself accountable.”
She’s not just stopping there, mar–weed says she is also looking forward to having an all–around positive year.
“Just staying connected. Staying connected with family, I’d say friends. Just make this year the best it can be.”
Soon to be collegiate athlete, Logan Guthrie, says he is also looking forward to conquering his fitness goals this year.
“Just to stay in the weight room at least five days out of the week, and just making this a year of no slacking, and just put all the good into my body, none of the bad.”
