Alpena man arrested for vehicle theft
ALPENA, Mich. — 41–year–old Alpena resident Ryan Michael Johnston has been arrested for motor vehicle theft.
In early July Michigan State Police were dispatched to a residence on Lake Winyah Road. The victim reported her 2005 Buick LaCrosse as stolen from her garage.
Another vehicle was recovered on Lake Winyah Road and according to the Alpena Police Department, the two incidents were connected.
Through an investigation, Johnston was identified and arrested in August and is currently lodged in the Alpena county jail.
