Alpena man arrested for relations with a minor
ALPENA, Mich. — A 32-year-old Alpena man was arrested this week for relations with a minor.
After a tip given to the Alpena County Child Protective Services, the Michigan State Police launched an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 32-year-old Tony Lance Parris. According to the police, the abuse began in 2018.
Parris has been charged with two counts First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and one count Accosting Child for Immoral Purposes. Parris retained counsel and waived his arraignment. His bond was set at $100,000 10% cash. His next scheduled court appearance in on January 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
