High school seniors and their parents are encouraged to attend an information forum on applying for scholarships tomorrow evening.
With college tuition higher than ever, scholarships can make a huge difference in affordability for families. The forum will take place at 6:30 pm in Alpena High School’s auditorium, and will aim to discuss options to help families pay for higher education.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet with Alicia Tessmer, who coordinates the Alpena High School Career Center, as well as Ashley Popp, Advise Michigan college advisor. They will both be available to assist students will post–graduation career and training goals.
