ALPENA, Mich. — The Alpena County public library has opened their doors but with some restrictions. The library no longer has walk-up services but offers appointments for browsing and material check out. They schedule appointments every 30 minutes for 20–minute browsing.
The library allows four people inside at one time and they are requiring masks and social distancing.
Minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
