ACC celebrates their 2021 graduating class
ALPENA, Mich. — Despite the challenges of COVID and some sprinkles, Alpena Community College moved forward with plans to honor their graduates Thursday.
ACC President Don MacMaster said adapting is something they had to get used to this past year.
Program Chair Matt Gallarno added because they didn’t have a graduation last year, it was important for the students to be recognized this year. Gallarno said they expected close to 70 students driving through. He was hopeful that the weather would hold up but said even if it didn’t, that would not stop staff from cheering on the students.
