46th Annual Brown Trout Festival is happening in July
ALPENA, Mich.— A few weeks ago the Brown Trout Festival was still up in the air due to COVID–19. But on May 11th, the board voted to still hold the fishing tournaments in 2020. As of now, the fishing tournaments will take place from July 16–26.
Unfortunately, other events have been canceled this year because of the absence of the big tent. Events like the Bay Bash and Veterans night will not happen along with the new car show that was slated to debut in 2020.
The board will hold one more meeting on June 1st to make the final decision on the fishing tournaments and all other events. So stick with WBKB for updates.
