Gaylord — 30-year-old Chad Bock of Johannesburg pleaded guilty to sexual assault crimes on Tuesday morning in Otsego County’s 43rd District Court.
Bock pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct on a child less than 13 years old. Bock also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child sexually abusive material. The first charge could land Bock in prison for a minimum of 25 years. Bock was arrested back in April. The crimes were committed between 2016 and 2018 according to a Michigan State Police press release.
The crimes span over two counties, Montmorency and Otsego. The 30 year old is also facing similar charges in Alpena County. He will be sentenced on Tuesday, December 4 in the 46th Circuit Court. He is currently doing time and being lodged at Otsego County Jail.
